Intended for safe transport or storage of 55 gallon drums or smaller.  The lid has a closed cell foam gasket with a locking band for a positive seal, and meets the 3 psi pressure test for Salvage Drum Compliance. Yellow.  Complies with DOT 49 CFR 173.3.
